About the Class
Our Intermediate / Advanced Lyra class focuses on dynamic and dance variations of Lyra. This class highly focuses on executing tricks on this apparatus with proper form asnd grace. This class also helps you find your own unique way of moving with your apparatus. Prerequisites: Students should be able to invert from under the bar, sitting on the bar and up in the spanset(s) on top of the Lyra. (Or have taken “Beginner Lyra” before attending this class) This is not a beginner friendly class. If you are new to Aerial and are looking for a Beginner friendly Lyra class, we reccomend our “Beginner Lyra” class on Mondays!
Special Instructions

(Or have taken “Beginner Lyra” before attending this class) This is not a beginner friendly class. If you are new to Aerial and are looking for a Beginner friendly Lyra class, we reccomend our “Beginner Lyra” class on Mondays! All classes must be cancelled within 4 HOURS to class start time. In failure to do so, Clients purchasing a “Drop-in Pass or 8 Class Package” will not be refunded or credited their missed class & clients with the “Unlimited Circus” Membership are subject to a $25 charge to their account. Along with our cancellation policies, all classes must be booked before the 4HR time period leading up to the session start time. In failure to do so, will result in the session being unavailable to book.
