About the Appointment
Step into our relaxing full-spectrum infrared sauna for 45 minutes of quiet bliss. This infrared heat penetrates deep into the body to offer detoxification, pain relief, boost immunity, increase cell health, burn calories, speed up wound healing times, and more. We have two sauna options from which you can choose: Infrared Sauna 1 is great for people who are new to Infrared Sauna! This private sauna booth includes a tablet with Netflix, Youtube and Spotify ready to keep you entertained. Infrared Sauna 2 is our newest Sauna booth and while it lacks the entertainment screen, it does boast a scorchingly hot interior - perfect for our Sauna veterans. You may bring a friend to sit in the sauna with you for an additional $10.
Special Instructions
First time clients should arrive a few minutes prior to your session time to check in and get oriented. If you’ve been here before and know the ‘routine’, simply allow enough time to be settled in by the time the session begins. Pre Sauna Session -Hydrate with at least 8 oz of water to prepare body for an increase in core temperature. -Please arrive on time. There is one time Consent form that you will need to sign. Appointments are set up back to back with time in between for cleaning and prepping for the next guest. WHAT TO WEAR -During the session you can disrobe to your comfort level. -Loose comfortable clothing for afterwards DURING THE SAUNA SESSION -You should not be surprised if you do not sweat during your first few sessions. Sweating will occur with regular use, removing toxins and leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. -Sessions run 45 minutes -You can discontinue your session at anytime -Do not eat or drink inside the sauna -Do not wear shoes in the sauna -Please close the glass door carefully -Do not apply lotions or oils to your skin prior to entering the sauna POST SAUNA SESSION -Drink at least 24 oz of water or electrolytes to re-hydrate CONTRAINDICATIONS -The Sauna is not for pregnant women -The Sauna is not for children under 12
