Sauna therapy is suitable for adults of all ages and fitness
levels. The penetrating heat of infrared sauna therapy offers
several potential benefits to users, including cardiovascular
benefits, anti-aging properties and pain management.

Private Infrared Sauna

Valid for first use of the Infrared Sauna only. Limit one use per guest. 

Indulge in a rejuvenating 45-minute infrared sauna session for one adult. Enjoy the privacy of your own room, where the gentle heat penetrates deeply to detoxify, relax muscles, and boost circulation—perfect for a wellness reset any time of year. This pass is designed for adults only (not recommended for children 12 and under due to heat intensity). Bring a family member or friend to share the experience for an additional $10 per person. Each pass is valid for one session and expires 1 year from the date of purchase.

Valid for first use of the Private Salt Booth only. Limit one use per guest. 

This package includes one 10-minute halotherapy session for one person. Add a family member or friend to this session for an additional $10 per person.

Salt Booth - First Session

This pass is valid for your FIRST visit to our Community Salt Suite only. This pass is for a single seat in our 40-minute Community Salt Suite halotherapy session. Suite can seat up to six guests at a time. Limit one per guest. Prices are per person. This session pass expires 1 year from date of purchase.

Salt Suite - First Session

Valid for three sessions from our Halotherapy services - our Salt Booth or a seat in our Community Salt Suite - your choice! This 3-session package is available for new guests only, and sessions cannot be shared.

Expires 1 year from purchase.

Intro to Salt Therapy (3-Sessions)

Enjoy quality time together with a 45 minute session in our infrared sauna followed by a halotherapy session of your choice (Salt Booth or Community Salt Suite). Price is for two people on the same day.

When scheduling online you must book the sessions separately, since the Infrared Sauna starts every hour on the hour, and the Salt Suite starts every hour on the hour. Examples: Book the Sauna for 10am then book the Salt Suite for 11am.

Intro to Just Breathe for TWO People (Sauna + Salt)

Two sets of 3 sessions each, valid for our Halotherapy services - the Salt Booth or a seat in our Community Salt Suite - your choice! This package is available for two associated (new) guests only, and sessions cannot be shared outside of this.
