Build and Breathe – Build your practice and experience a variety of teaching styles in this all-levels class focusing on alignment, foundational movement, gentle breathwork and meditation. Beginner friendly with modifications offered & encouraged use of props, our teachers will offer new perspective to finding the weekend reset your mind and body need. Led by one of the Method Yoga Teachers in a revolving schedule.
Masks are optional during class for all vaccinated clients. Unvaccinated clients must wear a mask at all times. Clients are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. All other props are available for use and are sanitized after each class.
