Foundation – This class is focused on connecting the movements and strength built in Yoga to the demands of everyday life. Moving through a modified vinyasa-based flow, we will take time to break down individual postures to understand their components of functional strength, balance, and mobility to improve and support your day-to-day activities. All levels welcome; appropriate for beginners.
Masks are optional during class for all vaccinated clients. Unvaccinated clients must wear a mask at all times. Clients are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. All other props are available for use and are sanitized after each class.
