Meditation and Pranayama – Join us for a free 30 minute guided meditation and pranayama practice in a fun and light hearted setting. These practices are excellent for stress management, chronic pain and creating a clear minded environment for creativity and focus. Open to all-levels. No experience required.
Masks are optional during class for all vaccinated clients. Unvaccinated clients must wear a mask at all times. Clients are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. All other props are available for use and are sanitized after each class.
