Expect a creative sequence of strength-based postures, core engagement, and fluid transitions that will challenge and empower you in this vinyasa style class. Perfect for yogis looking to sweat, move with intention, and leave feeling strong and refreshed.

Special Instructions

Masks are optional during class for all vaccinated clients. Unvaccinated clients must wear a mask at all times.  Clients are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. All other props are available for use and are sanitized after each class.
