Advanced Level 1: a 6-week yoga series - Take your practice to the next stage with Advanced Level 1, a series designed to bridge the gap between foundational and intermediate yoga. This series will challenge your strength, flexibility and focus while introducing more complex poses and transitions. It will feature more advanced poses including arm balances, inversions and backbends. Ideal for practitioners with 5 years of yoga experience and a solid foundation in yoga basics.
Masks are optional during class for all vaccinated clients. Unvaccinated clients must wear a mask at all times. Clients are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. All other props are available for use and are sanitized after each class.
