Yoga Instructor
Method Wellness and Physical Therapy
Yesenia has been practicing yoga since 2012, initially drawn to the physical challenge of the asana practice. What started as a way to move her body gradually became a deeper journey into mindfulness, meditation, and self-awareness. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2022 and her 300-hour advanced training in 2024, expanding her knowledge and refining her ability to support students through a well-rounded, intentional practice. Today, Yesenia teaches vinyasa, hatha, and power yoga, and brings elements of restorative and yoga nidra into her classes when it serves her students. Her approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone. She strives to create classes that are welcoming, empowering, and accessible— where students can explore their edge, find their breath, and connect with something deeper.
