This is a 60 minute session for 1 person. If this is your first session, we will be doing a dyad session in which I use Yoga Nidra techniques to check in with where you are in this moment and what is needed to be worked on.This is a guided meditation that you are responding verbally to. If this is your second or more session we can either go into dyad work on solely to Yoga Nidra (non verbal for you), we will always follow up at the end and connect with what you received during your session.
