About the Class

This 60 minute yoga experience combines the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Students are guided to move mindfully from one shape to the next, while staying present with breath. You will learn to build body awareness through uplifting flows and postures. This practice creates an opportunity to explore mind, body and spirit, leaving you feeling invigorated and nourished! Room is heated to 95-100 degrees.

Special Instructions

You must cancel 2 hour prior to class to receive a refund.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up for class and have time to relax before class begins.
