Embodiment practice movements include circles, swirls, twists & dips to alleviate stagnant energy from stuck subtle emotions and guide you through emotional releases that can block your energy centers. Have you ever wanted to just dance around in your yoga class and just feel more confident in your body and get grounded deeper in your movements? Then this class is for you! Yoga-dancers. no sequences. Just rhythm & flow. Just move to the beat of the music however your body feels good to flow. Music options range from electronica/ house dance/ alternative and any requests can be considered too. All levels welcome.
Bring a waterbottle. Mats are provided. Feel free to bring your own mat if preferred. We have refreshing sparkling water in the studio after class.
