About the Event
Women Of Opinion meet monthly on the first Wednesday to discuss fiction and nonfiction selections. October: Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus November: Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt December: Holiday party @ Gaby's We're delighted that SoulShine Studios is available for us to meet. Not only is it a space we love to be in, but It will work so well for those who want to attend a NIA class just before, (5:30-6:30p taught by Janie or Dina). We're hoping that this will be our ongoing meeting location unless someone wants to host in their home for a special occasion such as our December meeting. After talking with a few WOO's recently, we thought we'd try a new approach with regard to refreshments/ snacks. Instead of each of us bringing something to share, which has often resulted in excess given the number in attendance, the book leader for the month will plan to bring a “shareable” for our group. Each of us can bring our own beverage of choice. Please know that everyone is welcome whether or not you have read the book, whether or not you participated in the last year or two or not.
