With today’s social media influencers, it’s hard to tell who to trust with your fitness goals and safety. Drawing on decades of experience and education as a trainer and strength coach, this class will teach you the how’s and why’s of strength training as we get older, using a variety of fitness equipment to get you strong for your daily life, all in a safe and fun environment. Specific focus on posture, balance, pelvice floor, core/midline endurance, stability and strength. All levels and abilities welcome. All exercises can be modified to meet you exactly where you’re at. *Class size is capped at 6 people per class to ensure individual attention*
