I did the Adult Relaxation with Relaxation followed by the Infrared Sauna. What an awesome combination. It was very relaxing. The massage chairs are wonderful and the sauna was fabulous. In addition to relaxing, I left not only breathing better over all, but my sinus issues were completely gone. I had been suffering with a stuffy, runny nose for a couple of weeks and it went away after my visit with no additional medication.
