I love Bikram Darlo! I have been practising yoga for +15 years and been to countless yoga studios all over the world and nothing comes close to Bikram Darlo. From the moment you set foot inside the beautiful studio, everyone is so happy to see you, big warm smiles and there is genuine care for you. A great sense of community and everyone is really friendly (it is a good way to make new friends if you’re looking to do so!). The studio has a lovely energy and vibe to it, you can tell the owners Katy and Marty have poured their heart and soul into it and put a lot of care and consideration into the space. The teachers really know what they’re doing, and have a great way of explaining the science behind the poses while also delivering gold nuggets of yogic wisdom - which we all need more of these days! The fact that there are a lot of people who have been practicing yoga at Bikram Darlo for over a decade + is a testament to the quality of the teachers and the warm, welcoming community there. I cannot recommend Birkam Darlo enough. It feels like a big happy family, a home away from home.
