Welcome
to Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst, a sanctuary for yoga enthusiasts of
all levels in the heart of Darlinghurst. Since opening our doors
over 20 years ago, we have been dedicated to offering the
transformative and therapeutic benefits of Bikram Yoga. Our studio
stands as a pillar in the community, committed to fostering a
supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can experience
the profound benefits of this practice.
 
At
Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst, we offer traditional 90-minute Bikram
Yoga classes that include twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two
Pranayama breathing exercises, all conducted in a room heated to 40
degrees Celsius with 40% humidity. This setting is designed to
enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity while promoting
detoxification through sweat.
 
In
addition to our classic Bikram Yoga sessions, we provide a variety
of other classes to cater to different needs and schedules. Our
offerings include:

Hot 60 Classes: A shorter, intense 60-minute
version of the traditional Bikram Yoga sequence.

HIIT Pilates Classes: High-Intensity Interval
Training sessions to complement your yoga practice with
cardiovascular and strength training.

Hatha Yoga: Focuses on physical postures and
alignment, ideal for building strength and flexibility in a relaxed
setting.

Yin Yoga: A slower, meditative practice targeting
deep connective tissues, promoting a sense of inner peace and
relaxation.
 
We can
be found at Level 1 & 2 Oxford street, Look for the 5 Star
Kebabs or the Courthouse pub and you're there!

Doors
open 30 minutes prior to class start time and close promptly at
class start. Late entries are not permitted.
