About the Class

You will deepen your awareness and experience of postures (asanas), pranayama, relaxation and meditation techniques.  Level 2 exercises improve the strength of our core, our digestion, immunity and the function of our kidneys.  This level works strongly on our solar plexus (Manipur chakra), improving our digestion, endurance, ability to resist, immunity and willpower.  You will notice that your breath has become deeper and slower and your mind has calmed.  Recommended prerequisite: Yoga for All (Level 1) See all the Level 2 exercises here: Level 2
