About the Event

The daily practice, Monday through Friday enables us to gradually progress through levels of Yoga in Daily Life System practicing each level systematically for a couple of months. All who have practiced Level 1 are welcome to join. An early morning practice is much more beneficial than practicing at any other time of the day. According to the ancient yogic scriptures, yoga needs to be practiced in the time of sunrise, when our body is most receptive to receiving Prana, the vital energy. During the early morning practice, an immense amount of cosmic energy enters our system nourishing our body, mind, intellect, and soul. Already after 3 weeks, you will notice that you need less sleep but feel more rested. You will be amazed by the level of your energy, how cheerful your mood has become, how positive your mind is, and how clear your thoughts are.
