Consisting of 4 series of 6 weeks, that run daily, Sunday through Friday at 9.00 to 9.30 pm, this ONLINE COURSE is a unique opportunity to continue to develop your experience, dive into your inner world, and unlock your hidden potential in a graduate and supported way.   In each of us, there is a wonderful and miraculous dormant potential. As we begin to activate this inner energy source, we can utilise these dormant powers to achieve what we so dearly desire; a purposeful existence living in peace, harmony, and happiness. Series 1 | 6 weeks | Muladhara, Svadhisthana, and Manipura Chakra Meditations |27.4.-6.6 ·       The Muladhara Chakra is the seat of our destiny, the door to our unconscious, the basis and starting point for our spiritual development. It is the foundation from which we climb the chakra ladder, the root from which we receive the nourishment for our spiritual development. ·       The Svadhisthana marks the second stage of human evolution, corresponding to the subconscious level, where we can face our weaknesses and mistakes, and control, transform and ultimately transcend baser instincts. ·        In Manipura Chakra our consciousness reaches the third level, and its radiance develops within us the pearls of clarity, wisdom, self-confidence and wellbeing. What comes after Series 1:Series 2 | 6 weeks | Anahata and Vishuddhi Chakra Meditations | 8.6.-18.7. Series 3 | 6 weeks | Agya, Bindu, and Sahasrara Chraka Meditations | 20.7.-29.8.  Series 4 | 6 weeks | The Advanced Meditations from Yoga in Daily Life System | 31.8.-10.10. DESIGNED TO SUPPORT YOUR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT Individualised support - Each participant is entitled to one individual mentoring session for more detailed questions and guidance. Beginners in Meditation can have two mentoring sessions free of charge. Gradual and experiential - We start a new meditation technique each week and repeat it for a week to deepen and embody the experience. Thus, we gradually work through all the chakras, from Muladhara to Sahasrara. Backed with resources - As we progress, you are advised to read the detailed information on the given chakra from the resource that will be provided. Participative - All participants are encouraged to share and ask questions at askteacher.au@yogaindailylife.org. The teachers will answer the participants’ questions to all (while the asker remains anonymous) so that all learn and grow from each other’s questions and comments. The course is based on ‘Chakras and Kundalini- The Hidden Powers in Human’, by Vishwaguruji Paramhans Swami Maheshwaranandaji, the most comprehensive, practical, and relatable book on Chakras. As we progress, you can read the detailed information on the given chakra from the book, which you can buy in your Yoga in Daily Life Centre or use the open-source format: www.chakras.net
