About the Class

To access your Zoom class, press “Join” button in “My schedule” tab on your mobile or web app. Or in your class reminder email which is sent 1 hour before the class.   Hatha is an asana (posture) practice focused on connecting the body and mind by working on safe alignments for stability, exploring body sensations and breath quality while holding postures. Postures are introduced one by one.  The purpose is to safely work on posture techniques through a slow and steady practice. Suitable for beginners with or without any yoga experience. You may expect preparation poses for inversions but no full inversions postures are introduced.
