Yoga Studio

At Nourished Yoga Terrey Hills, we value connection and community.
We teach from a place of kindness and compassion.
Our classes are non-competitive, and we
place no importance on what you wear, your age or your Yoga
ability.
Our emphasis is on delivering an experience that
will nourish you on all
levels.

You will
feel welcomed, supported and nurtured in
our studio.
Our classes offer personalised
attention and options in poses, to make
them accessible, safe and comfortable for
you.
Our aim is that you leave your mat feeling revitalised,
and at the same time beautifully relaxed.

Why do
Yoga?
Yoga is a holistic system that looks after multiple aspects
of your health and well-being.
What we at Nourished know
for sure:
Practising Yoga regularly leads to more balanced, vibrant and
wholehearted living.
What we at Nourished Yoga
love about Yoga:
Yoga makes you feel good!  It’s as simple as that!
Yoga offers us a myriad of health benefits, and gives us tools
to cope with the constant stresses we face in our busy lives. It
works on our entire system, delivering positive changes in both
subtle and profound ways. We would love you to come try a class,
and experience all the wonderful benefits for yourself.
