Start your week with clarity and focus with 15min of guided meditation. • Learn/experience that meditation can take various shapes and find the one most accessible and beneficial for yourself. • Enjoy a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be as you are. • Take home valuable ideas to help you to (re)start a meditation practice in your daily life.
