Giselle spent years trying to find a practice, a community, or coursework that could awaken the ancient feminine in her life but nothing was a proper fit. She considered herself a modern woman with a corporate background and most offerings felt outside her comfort zone.“I knew in my heart that women are designed for connecting, communing, and we have built-in programming to bear witness, support and empathise with each other. It goes back centuries when women did chores, raised children together and tended their communities. Where have our villages gone? Today, with technology, women can have it all, but at the same time it has isolated us from one another.” Giselle explains. It’s time to reimagine Womens' Circles to fill the gaps in our modern-day communities, to breathe new life into the ancient traditions of connecting on the deeper levels and being seen and heard and understood in a safe, non-judgmental space and this is precisely what Giselle created. She took everything she learned from a decade of research, experience in human resources and crisis support, studied Facilitation of Circles with one of the top mentors in the field and created Circles for women of today’s world.
