Refunds will not be provided to those who do not cancel or upgrade within the specified period. - The Intro Offer is non-refundable and can’t be paused once activated. **Automatic Conversion to Membership: - At the end of the 14 days, your pass will automatically convert to the STRENGTH Membership, which includes 3 Reformer Pilates classes, unlimited Yoga, and Functional HIIT classes for just $55 per week **Membership Upgrade Options: If you wish to upgrade to a higher membership tier, you can choose from: - BALANCE $50 per week: Includes 2 Reformer Pilates classes, unlimited Yoga and Functional HIIT classes, plus 10% off all events. - VITALITY $50 per week: Includes unlimited Reformer Pilates, Yoga, and Functional HIIT classes, plus 10% off all events. - WELLNESS WARRIOR $2390: Includes unlimited Reformer Pilates, Yoga, and Functional HIIT classes, plus 20% off all events for 12 months (Save over $1000). **To select any of these options, please email admin@onefamilyyogafitness.com.au before the end of the 14-day introductory period. Class Attendance and Cancellations: **Class Cancellation: -If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel online outside the following windows: **10-hour cancellation window for all AM classes **2-hour cancellation window for all PM classes Failure to cancel within these windows or failing to attend a booked class will result in a $15 “Late Cancellation/No-Show” fee, which will be deducted from your credit card/bank account. This policy ensures that all members have the opportunity to attend their desired classes.
