About the Class

Hatha Flow Yoga, uses postures (asana) and breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner. Special Instructions

   WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: If attending class in the studio you must bring your own yoga mat and a towel or pillowcase to put over the bolster. You are welcome to bring your own bolster and yoga blankets. For hygiene reasons yoga blankets will no longer be supplied in studio. You MUST pre-book your class at https://www.onefamilyyogafitness.com.au/yoga-and-pilates-timetable/ or through our App. If this class is full you can book in for our Home LIVE Stream class. Download the web broadcast app Zoom on any device For Zoom class bookings we will email and text your Zoom URL to join the meeting 30 minutes before commencement of class so make sure you book in early. Enjoy your practice as normal from the safety of our studio or from your home :)
