Join this gentle, restorative and balancing class. Gentle movements performed with care, precision, concentration and focus to your capability and expansion. Using the meditative practice of Nadi Sodhan Pranayama for cleansing and balancing.  The class ends with a longer relaxation that lets the body and mind sink into the deep state of peaceful rest and rejuvenation. 

Special Instructions

We kindly ask you to bring your own yoga mat. There is possibility to rent a mat for $5 in our centre or buy one in our shop. We provide cushions, meditation stools and blankets.
