I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching since 2010. I have spent the majority of that time doing a flow style of yoga, mainly vinyasa as well as gentler options. Over the years, I have been drawn to other movement modalities such as handstand training, calisthenics, weights, Pilates and barre. I am inspired by the variety of practices that I continue to incorporate into my own practice and I aim to teach what I learn. I am a forever student, and teaching yoga is my passion.
