Hark Yoga
Like so many students, Ryan first tried Yoga for the physical benefits hoping to improve fitness and flexibility. As he became stronger and healthier, he soon discovered that the Yoga mat was a great place to find a sense of contentment, self-awareness, and mind body connection. Ryan seeks to share with his students that Yoga is not a “one size fits all” practice, and that every person is on a different path. He finds immense joy, satisfaction and inspiration in seeing students discover their own personal Yoga journey and helping to nurture and encourage them along their way.
