nurturing studio in Chelsea, VIC, established in 2011.
We offer Yoga, Pilates, Barre & Yin classes that are dynamic
and transformational offering both a physical and philosophical
practice. Our private infrared sauna is just what you need to
soothe your muscles after class.
We present many Workshops, Programs and Special Events.
We run incredible Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training courses
for Yoga as well as Pilates & Barre.
