For full information about the sauna please see the info sheets at the bottom of this website link: https://www.livelifewellstudio.com.au/sauna ________________ You can now enjoy the benefits of an infrared sauna session to compliment your practice. - Detoxify- Relax & Restore - Sooth sore muscles - Get better sleep - Promote weight loss Each session is 45 minutes This cost include all equipment use, towels and cleaning. ________________________________ Waiver & Additional Information: Full Spectrum, Infrared Sauna Therapy is a fantastic treatment modality and relaxation tool for many people. However, there are some people who should not use them at all, and others who should use it with caution. The following checklist will help you identify any considerations specific to you and requests you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with your visit. Recommendations: - Sauna Sessions should be limited to no more than 45mins and temperatures must stay below 70degrees Celsius - We highly recommend drinking at least 125ml of water prior to entering the sauna and at least 250ml after sauna use. (Dehydration actually increases carbohydrate utilisation and causes less fat to be burned for energy) The use of drugs, medications or alcohol prior to or during sauna session may lead to dizziness or unconsciousness. Discontinue the use of the sauna if you feel light-headed, dizzy or heat exhausted. In some cases, exposure to high heat for extended periods of time have caused fertility issues in men. If you have concerns regarding fertility/family planning, please consult your doctor before using the sauna. Waiver:By proceeding with a booking,I acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the Full Spectrum, infrared Sauna.I voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident or death, which may arise from the use of the Sauna. I and any of my heirs, executors, representatives or assigns hereby release Live Life Well from all claims or liabilities for the personal injury or property damages of any kind sustained whilst on premises during the use of the sauna, and from any advice provided by an employee, independent contractor or any representative. I agree that this Application and waiver is in effect for all Sauna sessions and will not expire unless requested by either party. Live Life Well and its representatives, does not provide medical advice or treatment. Full Spectrum, infrared sauna use may or may mot be appropriate for you.
