This isn’t just about stretching—it’s about making space. Each class is small and intentionally intimate, giving you the chance to move in a way that feels good, and to connect with others who are walking a similar path. Think of it as your weekly check-in—part yoga, part support circle, part reset button. We’ll focus on breathwork and aligned movement to ease pregnancy discomforts. You’ll leave each class feeling more grounded, more connected, and a little more like yourself. Connection and community tend to grow in here—don’t be surprised if it carries on long after the series ends. This is a 6 week pre-registered workshop. Maximum 10 students.
How to prepare: Wear comfy clothes. Bring your water bottle and yoga mat. Avoid a heavy meal directly before class. No yoga experience is required.
