I’m married to Katina, Element’s founder, and we’ve got two amazing little boys who keep us on our toes. You’ll catch me helping out at the front desk when needed, supporting the community however I can—and occasionally rolling out a mat to join a class.While I’m not a full-time yogi, I’ve been known to enjoy a good savasana now and then. Katina and I even went to Bali for a “create-your-own” yoga retreat—hands down, one of the best experiences of my life.Fun fact: I’ve been to a bunch of countries, but Germany is my top pick. Oktoberfest? Been four times!
