LacinthaClass Styles: Yin, Hatha, Yoga Nidra (and more)I took my first official yoga training over a decade ago and haven’t stopped learning since. I hold both 200- and 300-hour certifications, with additional training in Yin, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and a handful of others I’ve picked up along the way.I especially love teaching Yin, Hatha, and Nidra—offering clear, accessible guidance in a space that feels inclusive, respectful, and rooted.Yoga is more than a practice for me—it’s my heritage. I grew up surrounded by it, and I carry that lineage with deep reverence into every class I teach.Fun fact: Before I stepped into the studio, I trained in martial arts (karate and Filipino stick fighting), and practiced criminal defence law. I still bring a sharp focus, steady presence, and a healthy respect for the sacred into everything I do.
