I’ve always loved movement, but it was the way yoga made me feel—grounded, calm, and connected—that truly resonated.My classes are welcoming, accessible, and focused on breath-led movement. I like to start with gentle grounding before moving into mindful flow or stillness, always offering variations so everyone can move (or rest) in a way that feels right for their body.My hope is that you leave class feeling both energized and at ease—more present in yourself and your day.
