Suitable for all levels. What to bring - yoga mat, water bottle. For an extra challenge you are welcome to bring tension bands. What to expect: Strengthen and tone the back, abdominal, leg and glute muscles. Low impact. Over time this class will help improve balance, posture with increased flexibility. Plan to leave class with an elevated and energized spirit ready to take on the week.
