Start Your weekend with fresh Vibe!  This class will include breathe, sun salutations, yoga asana (Postures) in standing, seated and lying down positions. Practice at a relaxed pace with longer holds to build strength, stability & balance. The practice of Hatha Yoga balances sun and moon energy bringing synchronicity in the mind, body & breath.
