From the moment you arrive on your mat at the ranch,
you can leave the world behind you and really soak up the beauty of
BC’s breathtaking mountains and lush coastal forests. Treat
yourself to the unique experience of sunset outdoor live music yoga
classes accompanied by a talented local musician.
Classes are All-Levels, and a methodical, meditative
practice that focuses on your breath, holding postures, and
mindfully transitioning through a variety of sequences that will
both call on your awareness and stretch/strengthen your body
simultaneously. Our Slow Flow classes are the epitome of relaxation
as they recharge your body, mind and spirit.

This is an auto renew membership that can be cancelled after the three month commitment, prior to the upcoming billing cycle. Auto renew memberships are non-transferable. If cancelled prior to the 3 month commitment agreement, clients are charged a $50.00 fee.
