About the Class

Join from home. The 'Core' refers to the back, front, and sides of the torso, as well as our emotional center. This class is both a challenging and safe slow deliberate method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. This class stretches and fortifies your body while focusing on alignment and strengthening the core. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. You will move through postures linking them together into a flowing series with the breath. Wear comfortable workout clothing   Bring: Yoga mat, and a filled water bottle.
