Vancouver Island Yoga School
Madi began her journey to the mat in 2019 with the hopes to build a more loving relationship with her body and mind. Instantly, yoga offered deep healing and the mat became a new place to call home. Inspired to grow her practice, she completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in June 2022 and is excited to begin teaching. In class, Madi strives to create space for others to explore their hearts, listen to their body's wisdom, and return home to themselves throughout practice. Madi brings a light hearted and playful energy to the studio. She is excited to continue to explore the path of yoga, weaving creative flows, poetry, and meditation into class. Madi understands yoga is a never ending learning journey and welcomes all bodies, genders, identities and abilities to come learn alongside her. She acknowledges the power of connection and community and is excited to build stronger ties with each student at Vancouver Island Yoga School.
