About the Class

Our Sculpt Fusion classes run in 8-week rotations to ensure progressive overload and avoid plateaus in your strength training. Each cycle features fresh routines, so you can attend different classes throughout the week and experience variety while consistently building strength. Every 8 weeks, all classes change — keeping your body challenged and your results evolving. This class is designed to help you build lean muscle, increase bone density, and develop total-body strength. Using 10 - 20 weights to sculpt your arms and heavy booty bands to ignite your hips and glutes, you’ll feel your body transform as you tone and strengthen from head to toe. We begin with a yoga-inspired warm-up and end with a soothing cool-down, so your body feels balanced, supported, and revitalized. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a dynamic flow of movements that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on the world. Join us live from anywhere—this is the livestream version of our Sculpt Fusion class, bringing the strength and energy of the studio to you!
