About the Class

Tabata is a cardio sequence used to time a workout, performing one exercise for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 8 times. The class will be split between working a weight resistance exercise on the TRX then to a cardio on the Bosu. It is an all levels class as it can be done at a steady rate of speed to an 80% rate.
