About the Class

Unwind in a softly lit, candlelit space where warmth, stillness, and sound come together to create a deeply restorative experience. This class opens with the grounding resonance of sound bowls, allowing the body and mind to settle as you arrive. Gentle vibrations guide you inward, creating a sense of calm before transitioning into a slow, intentional yin practice. Supported by the gentle warmth of infrared heat, long-held postures invite the body to release tension and soften into deeper layers of connective tissue. Circulation improves, the nervous system begins to downregulate, and the body is given space to restore from within. Sound healing returns to close the practice, guiding you through savasana with subtle frequencies that encourage full relaxation and integration — a quiet, immersive reset for both body and mind. This class is accessible to all levels and designed to meet you exactly where you are. It is less about effort, and more about awareness, stillness, and allowing. We close with our signature aromatherapy cold towel ritual, placed gently over the face and neck. The cooling essential oils help regulate the nervous system and lower the heart rate — leaving you feeling grounded, clear, and deeply restored.

Before You Arrive at Breathe   We’re looking forward to having you in class! To help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, here are a few simple things to know: Booking & Flexibility You can book classes up to 8 days in advance to support your routine We understand life happens — each month includes 2 grace passes for late cancels or missed classes After that, a $20 fee applies to help keep things fair for all guests Arrival Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled The front door locks 5 minutes before class to allow for an uninterrupted experience The Studio All classes are practiced in infrared heat (36–40°C) with 20-40% humidity. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel Help us maintain the space by keeping the studio door closed In Class Listen to your body and take breaks when needed Let your instructor know before class if you have any injuries or concerns We encourage you to stay for the full class, including the cool down and rest After Class Please clean equipment after class using the cleaning stations in reception Avoid spraying or cleaning inside the hot studio to keep the space calm and safe Thank you for being part of the Breathe community and helping us create a welcoming, supportive space for everyone.
