A fluid practice in a heated room focusing on moving the body along with the breath.It combines power and flexibility with movement and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Poses are generally held for shorter periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. This class builds up to more challenging asanas and sequences, but are taught with modifications for students newer to a flow style class.
No electronic devices or personal belongings (except water bottle) permitted in the yoga room.
