Michelle has been involved in health and fitness her entire adult life including competing in fitness and owning her own gym. She was guided to yoga as an access to self healing and is now a graduate of both our 200 hour and 300 hour teacher trainings. Michelle believes that being a YES to the Shift community is a game changer. By learning to be comfortable with discomfort, living life at her edge, and by being present, she is able to find happiness in every situation and she looks forward to sharing her cheery enthusiasm with you!
