Tracy Sundbo has been a passionate yoga teacher in the White Rock South Surrey community for 13 years, sharing her love for movement, mindfulness, and connection. When she’s not guiding students on their yoga journeys, Tracy works full-time as a police-based victim services caseworker, helping individuals navigate challenging times with care and empathy.Nature is her sanctuary, and she spends much of her free time in Tofino, her favorite place to recharge and find inspiration. Teaching yoga holds a special place in her heart, as it allows her to create space for others to find balance, healing, and inner peace.
