The Space is a unique yoga studio and holistic wellness centre
offering such additional services as meditation, Reiki,  Biodynamic
Craniosacral, Shamanic
Healing Circles, Red Light Therapy,
and Breathwork
Meditations, with a mandate to make yoga practice accessible to
all, regardless of age, gender, physical abilities or fitness
levels.
We promise an accepting, inclusive community culture, an
affordable, safe space for people of all ages who may be
experiencing trauma, stress and anxiety, chronic pain, or concerns
with body image, and flexible class schedules to accommodate a
variety of needs, and a diversity of lifestyles and abilities.
We are located downtown Fort Saskatchewan in Fort Station —
close to the city core, yet distant enough to be recognized and
revered as a studio sanctuary in which to take pause from the chaos
of life.
