Serene Yoga Studio first opened up in 2008 and has grown ever
since from its roots as a mobile studio. We have a variety of
classes and welcome students of all abilities. Our class sizes are
small so that teachers have plenty of time for each individual
student.
Serene’s teachers are committed to exceptional instruction. We
focus on yoga actions, which help to make yoga accessible for
everyone. Our teachers will help you create balance, ease and
stability through yoga and meditation. Our approach enables you to
dig deeper and concentrate your awareness in the present
moment.
Serene Yoga Studio is also a registered Canadian Yoga Alliance
CYA-RYS Gold Yoga School. All Teacher Training and Serene Yoga
Action Workshops are eligible for accreditation and credits with
Canadian Yoga Alliance.

This pass allows the holder to drop into one Live Stream class, and is only valid for our regular weekly scheduled yoga classes.

This pass is not applicable to specialty classes (for example: Yoga For Round Bodies, Serene Yoga Living Series, ATT Professional Development, etc).
