IN STUDIO OFFERING - Enjoy a rejuvenating 75 minutes of myofascial release (MFR) focused on releasing tension and creating space in the body, increasing glide and hydration of muscles and fascia as well as nervous system down-regulation.  These simple and effective techniques help relieve pain, improve range of motion and promote overall well-being using massage balls and yoga blocks.  No yoga experience is necessary for this class.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
