

This Hatha-based class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Intended for Beginner practice, but can be enjoyed by all levels
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins. We have mats, bolsters, blocks and straps available in-studio. You are welcome to bring your own, or any additional props you like to have for practice (ie. blankets, cushions, etc.)
